ISA Certified Arborist PN-0750A Artistic Treeworks was founded in Richland, Washington, in 1984 by ISA Certified Arborist Howard Madsen, who has worked in professional tree care since 1976 and has maintained continuous ISA Arborist Certification since 1997. His career reflects nearly five decades of hands-on experience, ongoing education, and a deep respect for trees as living systems rather than simply landscape features.
